Today marks a significant milestone in the journey of LEDVANCE Middle East and Electromechanical Co. LLC (ELMEC), as we officially signed the Exclusive Agency Agreement for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

This agreement is more than a commercial contract; it is the continuation of a long-standing partnership built on trust, mutual values, and a shared commitment to excellence. Following months of constructive discussions, detailed planning, and close collaboration, both organizations have established a strong platform for sustainable growth and long-term strategic cooperation.

This achievement would not have been possible without the guidance and support of the leadership teams from both organizations. We would like to recognize Ms. Anna He, President of LEDVANCE APM & Middle East, and Ms. Terezinha Cabral, Mr. Hisham Abbas and Mr. Mohammed Bukhary and Mr. Sandeep Shetty from Electromechanical Co. LLC (ELMEC).

The agreement was officially signed on behalf of LEDVANCE Middle East by Mr. Hatem Zaghloul, Managing Director, in the presence of Mr. Lin Yongwei, Finance Director, and Mr. Abdallah Alramahi, Sales Director. Representing Electromechanical Co. LLC (ELMEC) were Ms. Terezinha Cabral, together with Mr. Hisham Abbas and Mr. Mohammed Bukhary.

Strategically, the agreement provides the framework for an ambitious growth strategy focused on expanding our market presence across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Together, we will combine the global strength, innovation, and technology of LEDVANCE with the market expertise, customer relationships, and ex*****on capabilities of Electromechanical Co. LLC (ELMEC).

Both companies have also committed to investments in organizational capabilities, operational excellence, technical and commercial resources, and business infrastructure to support this growth.
