We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Instrument Operation Technician to join our team and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our gas distribution network – Full-Time Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and validation of instrumentation and control systems.
• Ensure safe and uninterrupted gas supply through proactive monitoring and timely intervention.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on field instruments, SCADA systems, PLCs, RTUs, analyzers, and control valves.
• Manage and service final control elements, including all types of valves, fuel gas control systems, and turbine controls.
• Troubleshoot and maintain RTU communication systems (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, and Ethernet/IP).
• Conduct calibration of custody transfer meters and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Monitor and control the gas distribution network using SCADA systems, ensuring operational integrity.
• Adhere to HSE regulations, risk assessments, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
• Support emergency response operations and ensure compliance with audits and quality standards.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
• 10-12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with multi-skilled expertise in operations and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with Online GC, HIMA PLC, Allen Bradley, and Kingfisher PLC is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Proficiency in CMMS usage and system optimization.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geoscientist to join our exploration team, specializing in regional seismic interpretation and geological assessments. This role is key to advancing our exploration efforts and delivering high-quality geological insights - Full Time Contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver integration and interpretation of new and existing seismic/geophysical datasets. Identify growth opportunities and mature these whilst integrating with regional subsurface models.
- Ensures that the highest technical and HSSE standards are maintained at all times whilst drawing on internal RAK Gas technical resources as well as external consultancy support.
- Contribute to the monitoring of JV’s performance against targets.
Deliver technical analysis, using both internal and external (consultancy) resources to ensure effective decision making in RAK Gas. Develop and execute a technical capability plan for the venture including data management and geoscience/technology standards
- Act as a mentor and coach to more junior staff and leverage capability and excellence within the team.
- Perform any related duties as reasonably required by the Company.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Geoscience or related field
- 7 to 10 years’ experience, exposure to international operations, preferably with a major Industry player
- Exposure to subsurface operations (data acquisition/drilling) is preferred

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Posting Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage POs for ongoing projects, including variations and internal contracts.
- Verify supplier invoices, address approval comments, and ensure timely payment.
- Follow up on tax invoices, GRNs, and SRNs, ensuring timely completion and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare service entry sheets, manage GR/IR reports, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations for overseas consignments.
- Update PR reports, handle requisitions, and conduct cost analysis and negotiations.
- Monitor inventory levels, follow up on POs, and manage ERP system updates and year-end closing activities.
- Provide C&P support as needed.

Key Requirements:
- Qualification – Graduate with finance background
- Around 5 -10 years of relevant experience
- Should have experience in SAP (Mandatory)
- Knowledge on financial aspects (payables, receivables, VAT…etc).
- Candidates from Oil and Gas industry preferred

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to our production operations - Full Time Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Gas & Oil Processing Facility Operating Principles and safety protocols.
- Participate in hands-on field operations, reporting plant abnormalities to the CCRO and following instructions for equipment operation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure safe and stable plant operations.
- Manage worksite preparation, including isolation, depressurization, and compliance with Permit-to-Work requirements.
- Ensure HSE compliance, report incidents, and conduct risk assessments.
- Maintain mechanical equipment functionality and cleanliness post-maintenance.
- Act as liaison between maintenance and operations personnel to coordinate activities.
- Provide coverage for the CCRO when needed and handle gas nomination activities with clients.
- Perform emergency response duties and other related tasks as required.
- Log and monitor process parameters in plant and RTUs, taking corrective action per SOP if needed.

Key Requirements
- Graduate of Engineering or Business-related degree
- Technical degree or Equivalent
- Candidates from Oil and Gas industry preferred
- Around 5-10 years relevant experience (especially gas processing and pipeline operations)
- DCS panel operation and Gas pipeline will be added advantage
- Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards.
