More than 20,000 cycles (54 Years!!) life time Vanadium Flow Battery Energy Storage system (VFB-ESS) is the game changer in Solar Industry. The patented Electrolyte is the energy carrier which charged and discharged while transferring through "Stack" membranes. The sealed loop electrolyte transfer make the system safe and no evaporation loss or fumes throwing to atmosphere.

Unique selling points are:
100% energy stored can be discharged (100% DoD)
Can handle 4 times surge up to 300 seconds
Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 degree Celsius.

These technology highlights, make the system futuristic and support solar PV system installation throughout it's guaranteed 25 years operation life time.

The basic unit / smallest in the range is 48V-630Ah which is equal to 5KW/30KWh or 10KW/30KWh if use an appropriate charge controller and inverter unit.

The 30KWh unit is suitable for a residential villa / small office / community living area, which consume an average 60 KWh energy per day.

In combination with a 15 KWp Solar system, it is easy to generate 60 KWh usable energy from sun, which shall be real time consumed and or store in VFB-ESS for night time usage.

VFB-ESS systems are scalable to MWh level. Globally Various Electricity grids are supported by MWh level VFB-ESS. The units need minimum or no maintenance except the standard simple periodical preventive maintenance.

The units are big in size and heavy because of the huge quantity of electrolyte. The following are simple calculation for 25 Years:

Maximum or less than 4 years (1200 Cycles @ 50% DoD) life time guaranteed 24 Nos of 12V/200Ah Lead Acid batteries are equivalent to 48V - 600 Ah VFB-ESS......

During 25 years (let us calculate 24 years), how many of Lead Acid battery sets need to replace? 5 times... that means total 144 Nos of Lead Acid batteries need to use to support 24 year 48V-600Ah Energy storage..... VFB-ESS still have 25 years more life time..... Also not generating any waste.... all replaced Lead Acid Batteries generate minimum waste...

In short we can say the 48V-630Ah VFB-ESS is Equal or better than 288 Nos of 12V-200Ah Lead Acid batteries....

Optimum utilization of the machine model SCGE-400-CXX, is 900 meter long array dust clearing in turn & return run.
