Pre Tender:
➢ Detail study of tendered drawings before preparation of BOQ.
➢ Take-of quantities from tendered drawings in excel.
➢ Preparation of tendered documents for tender submission.
➢ Pricing the tender after analyzing material rates and market rates.
➢ Working along with planning team and assisting to prepare project
programme and Work break down structure (WBS).
➢ Attaining meeting related to tender submission with client and consultant.
Post Tender:
➢ Prepare Breakdown of BOQ Items wise
➢ Provides personal assistance to the project management team as required to
manage all required documents.
➢ Preparation of payment applications.
➢ Preparation of Variation Work as per instruction of PM.
➢ Arrange to get Quotation from subcontractors& supplier.
➢ Review and approving quotation submitted by subcontractor.
➢ Subcontractor payment and contract handling.
➢ Verifies subcontractor claims and invoice for Payment Certificate processing.
➢ Preparing the necessary document needed for the daily operations.
