Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategies of the company. This role involves generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to enhance the company's market presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Ex*****on:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and goals.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Marketing Strategy and Ex*****on:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop insights and strategies for market growth.
Prepare reports on market analysis and sales performance for management review.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to enhance overall customer experience.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its products/services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the relevant industry.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
