🔍 WE’RE HIRING | PAINTER – SHARJAH, UAE 🔍
AAE is looking for a skilled Painter to join our team and support surface preparation, painting and finishing operations across our manufacturing and fabrication activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
✔ Mix, match and apply paint to various metal and industrial surfaces
✔ Perform sandblasting and surface preparation prior to painting
✔ Operate spray guns and carry out precise touch-up work
✔ Ensure proper paint application, coverage and finishing quality
✔ Follow paint specifications, safety procedures and workplace standards
✔ Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
✔ Proficient in using spray guns and blasting equipment
✔ Knowledge of paint systems, including enamels, polyurethane, epoxies and lacquers
✔ Previous experience in industrial/metal painting or fabrication environments preferred
✔ Physically fit and able to work in a demanding industrial environment
✔ Positive attitude, team player and safety-conscious
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

AAE is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Quality Document Controller to join our team and support effective document control, quality records management and QMS compliance across our manufacturing and fabrication operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain the master document register and control quality documents, including procedures, ITPs, drawings and specifications
✔ Manage quality records, NCRs and Manufacturing Data Books/Quality Dossiers
✔ Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, distribution and archiving
✔ Support QMS documentation and maintain audit readiness
✔ Coordinate with QA/QC and project teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation
✔ Ensure quality documents and records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and ISO requirements

Requirements:
✔ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
✔ 2+ years of experience in quality document control or QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing/fabrication
✔ Familiarity with ISO 9001, revision control, NCRs, CAPA, MTCs/COCs and Manufacturing Data Books
✔ Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple records and deadlines

Due to the expansion of our manufacturing facility in the UAE, AAE is looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator & Welder to join our growing production team.

Preferred experience & skills:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of relevant fabrication and welding experience
✔ Strong fabrication and welding skills (cutting, grinding & bending)
✔ MAG 135 / TIG 141 welding (solid wire electrode)
✔ Welder qualification to ISO 9606-1 (preferred)
✔ Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols & Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
✔ Experience with steel structures and sheet metal fabrication
✔ Good understanding of welding defects, causes and preventive actions

📌 All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical welding test prior to final selection.

📌 Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for practical testing.
