AAE and AWP are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function across both brands and drive marketing activities that support commercial growth.
Reporting to: Sales Director

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and marketing calendar for AAE and AWP
✔ Lead and manage the Marketing Executive and SEO/Digital Marketing resource
✔ Manage both brands across websites, social media, exhibitions, events and sales collateral
✔ Plan and execute digital marketing and lead generation activities, including SEO, social media and Google campaigns
✔ Plan, coordinate and manage exhibitions and industry events
✔ Manage the marketing budget, external suppliers and marketing resources
✔ Monitor marketing performance and provide monthly reporting through a KPI dashboard
✔ Work closely with sales and commercial teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
✔ Drive brand awareness, lead generation and marketing opportunities across relevant B2B markets

Requirements:
✔ 5–7 years of proven B2B marketing experience, including marketing planning and ex*****on

✔ Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage

✔ Coordinate with production, fabrication, quality and project teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable

✔ Provide technical guidance and support for complex engineering and design challenges

✔ Strong understanding of mechanical design, fabrication, welding, sheet metal and manufacturing processes
✔ Good knowledge of engineering standards, GD&T and technical drawings

Both have been with AAE for more than a decade, and their appointments recognise their contribution to the company’s growth while strengthening commercial and technical leadership at Director level.

Based in the UAE, AAE is a contract manufacturing and engineering partner to the global defence industry, providing customers with extensive in-house capabilities across engineering, prototyping, precision manufacturing, fabrication, machining, certified welding, assembly and integration.

Preferred experience & skills:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of relevant fabrication and welding experience

✔ MAG 135 / TIG 141 welding (solid wire electrode)
✔ Welder qualification to ISO 9606-1 (preferred)
✔ Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols & Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
✔ Experience with steel structures and sheet metal fabrication
