Samuel is the elected chairman of Sharjah Industry Business Group, which functions under the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Indian Business & Professional Council in Sharjah.
