NEW PARTNERSHIP: Aviat Networks

As we grow day by day, we are expanding the network of our partners and suppliers. TCN has established a partnership with Aviat Networks, Inc (https://aviatnetworks.com/) – a global manufacturer of microwave transport and backhaul systems, providing communications infrastructure to accommodate the growth of IP-centric, multi-gigabit data services. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Aviat Networks has operations in 170 countries and manufacturing facilities in USA, Japan and EU.

This partnership enhances the TCN capabilities to provide high-end telecommunication solutions. TCN will cooperate with AVIAT, in Albania and in any other country where is active.

TCN completed the refurbishment of the communication tower in KFOR Camp Novo Selo in Kosova. Tower is 66 m High. New aviation lights and lightning protection system were installed.

Hiring: FINANCE SPECIALIST, Level 1

TCN is an Advanced Technology System Integrator operating in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and other countries and has started a hiring process for a Finance Specialist.

The Finance Specialist will report to Finance Manager and assist in any or all of the facets of Finance including to: Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Taxes, Internal Audits, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting.

Main responsibilities:

· Support Finance Director to collect, compile, analyze and monitor financial information
· Prepare monthly and annual closings reports to Finance Director.
· Generate Payables reports and other reports as requested
· Execute tax payments, Payrolls, cash and bank transaction ensuring correct and timely payments.
· Documentation of all salaries, bonuses, deductions (payroll taxes, social and health contribution, other benefits).
· Manage and reports for all incoming payments from customers.
· Receive and verify incoming bills, log into accounting system ensuring proper job costing and ensure timely payment.
· Manage State TAX account and Fiscal Invoicing System.
· Maintain financial policies and procedures for TCN. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
· Other tasks as assigned.

Mandatory Competencies / Skills:

· Master Degree in Finance or Accounting;
3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
· Strong technical accounting knowledge
· Advanced knowledge of tax legislation and accounting standards.
· Knowledge in allocation, budgeting and financial control.
· Experience in complex financial projects.
· Strong demonstrated use of Financa 5, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English.
