The National Theater of Opera, Ballet, and Popular Ensemble, situated in Tirana's "Skanderbeg" square, underwent a significant rehabilitation project aimed at fostering vibrant social life and preserving cultural heritage.

Designed to harmonize with the dynamic energy of the neighborhood surroundings, the building boasts a distinctive feature: expansive terraces adorning the third, fifth, and seventh floors. These elevated outdoor spaces not only provide panoramic views of the evolving cityscape but also serve as inviting retreats for residents to unwind and socialize amidst the urban bustle.
A playful grid of vertical elements and windows creates various rhythms on the facade. The depth between the structure and the exterior walls provides shadow and reduces the solar heat gain inside the apartments. The spacious units within offer a range of living options, catering to diverse lifestyles and preferences. Whether it’s young professionals seeking a vibrant urban hub, families yearning for comfort and convenience, or retirees embracing the joys of city living, this building caters to all.

The Library marks a great location in Tirana and it is now set to become a new centre of social, cultural and daily life for the students and the community nearby and for visitors from all over the city. The building complex accommodates a cultural and community hall, lounge reading areas, cafes, book shop, workshop rooms, book collections and archive, as well as multiple group and quiet study areas.
The building comes to life through the dynamism created from the roof which rises from the lower eastern side to the upper western side and from the vault-shaped opening in the ground floor which integrates the volume with the surrounding landscape, becoming becoming a landmark of Tirana, set to vitalize the neighbourhood, ensuring that it is a new urban district in its own right.

A new innovative three-story triangular architectural positioned in Tirana, serves a dual purpose as both a vibrant reading room and a welcoming canteen for the students and the surrounding community. The design concept revolves around transforming the triangular canteen into a central gathering point, expressed through a unique architectural language.
Adding to the project’s uniqueness is the inclined terrace, a mixture of stairs and ramp connecting the piazza to the second-floor terrace. This element harmoniously unites the building and the piazza, forming a cohesive space and providing a covered dynamic landscape beneath the green ramp.
Every detail, both inside and outside the building, has been meticulously chosen to be functional and subtly unique, fostering a warm and welcoming ambiance for all students and community nearby.

Nestled in Saranda, near the pristine shores of the Ionian Sea in Albania, there stands a remarkable building that seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. This eco-friendly structure, adorned in various shades of green, harmoniously integrates into the lush landscape that surrounds it. Surrounded by vibrant vegetation and overlooking the azure waters of the Ionian Sea, the building creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Its design reflects a commitment to sustainability, with green rooftops and walls adorned with plants, providing not only aesthetic appeal but also environmental benefits. This architectural gem near the Ionian Sea serves as a testament to the harmonious coexistence of modern structures with the breathtaking nature that Albania’s coastline has to offer.

Nestled within the heart of one of Albania’s most enchanting villages, this cohesive complex unfolds to reveal an exquisite blend of villas, residences, and a hotel gracefully perched on the shores of the Ionian Sea.
The architectural brilliance of this development lies in its seamless integration with the surrounding nature, a deliberate effort to harmonize with the untouched beauty of the coastline. Departing from conventional large building patterns, the settlement layout serves as an experimental exploration of mass fragmentation, creating a unique and visually captivating environment.

A cohesive complex that encompasses villas, residences, and a hotel. Positioned atop a hill in the Ionan coastline, it provides refined accommodations for residents, leisure travelers, and business visitors, all while offering captivating panoramic views of the sea.
The architectural design seamlessly integrates with the surrounding nature, aiming to harmonize with the untouched quality of the coastline.
The juxtaposition of the natural landscape and the planned physical structures emerges as a key aspect of the design philosophy. The settlement layout is conceived as an experimental exploration of mass fragmentation, breaking away from the conventional large building patterns.
An array of amenities, including communal piazzas, restaurants, pools, a gym, and a spa, beckons guests to immerse themselves in a truly relaxing experience. The incorporation of small pools into building terraces creates microclimates, evoking a sense of residing in an oasis and fostering a strong connection with nature, thereby cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
