ich allows manufacturing of high precision optics, particularly laser mirrors.Technological line of two-sided processing of leucosapphire, optical glass and other materials has been implemented. Optical plates can be cut up to the diameter of 133 mm, cutting of slugs is possible for the size up to 50х200х400 mm. Diamond drilling of apertures with diameter from a few to 50 mm is implemented.In our company spherical grinding treatment has been introduced for materials with the diameter up to 200 mm. The flatness of high precision optical elements is measured by digital interferometer with up to λ/10 accuracy; at the customer's request each surface is certified by interferogram. Micro-optics is controlled by digital optical microscope. All products are can be certified in MIL or ISO standards at the customer’s request.
