We had the pleasure of welcoming the management team of to our headquarters in Dornbirn: Dr. Christian Heuer, Ulrich Krauss, and Andreas Schneider visited our Innovation Factory and explored our advanced logistics solutions for hospitals.

Together, we laid the foundation for a strategic collaboration in automating processes in the CSSD (AEMP). 🤝

Welcoming Innovation Across Borders! 🌍

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our valued customer Intuitive Surgical from Mexicali at Servus in Dornbirn. 🇦🇹🇲🇽

We were excited to welcome Project Manager Francisco Lares, along with a dedicated team from Facility and IT. Together, we explored our Innovation Factory, showcasing exciting developments like the MedARC and the dynamic Servus PickStation.

A special highlight was a reference visit to one of our nearby customers company, Hirschmann Automotive — where the team experienced our ARC5 system live in action. The performance, speed, and reliability made a strong impression!

We’re sure that at least a spark of the Servus spirit made it to Mexicali — and we can't wait to see it grow as we move toward system installation in August 2025! 🚀
