Over the past 2.5 weeks, our new sales colleagues have been part of our B&R Sales Camp – an intensive and hands-on training program designed to prepare them for real customer situations and opportunities.

Our trainees built a strong foundation across:
» our product portfolio, technologies, and services
» key sales tools, processes, strategies and channels
» essential soft skills like negotiations, value-based selling, and presentation techniques.

A final role play where everything came together – turning knowledge into action in realistic customer scenarios.

Now it’s time to take these skills into the field: engaging in customer conversations, identifying new opportunities, and driving exciting projects.

Solar Tracking ☀️, teamwork 🤝, real tech challenges, and in the end? A selfmade 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 🌻 – built by kids, powered by curiosity.
