Increase efficiency & reduce recycling costs! 📉 💰

Between 1 to 3% of all inspected empty swing-top bottles face the end of their lifecycle and end up in the recycling container every year. With our newest machine BDM – swing-top dismounting machine - you can save money by automatically separating swing-top closures from glass bottles.
This system can be easily integrated into existing bottling lines and is available with different capacities up to 1000 bpH.

This inspection machine is designed to control bottle height, neck, finish, thread, swing-top logo & swing-top seal, bottom and side walls of bottles and can be used for all different closure types i.e. crown cork, swing-top, screw cap, twist-off cap, cork, etc.
