Handwerk, Präzision und Erfahrung – Palisadenformen made by ZENITH. 🔧

Aktuell entsteht in unserer Fertigung eine neue Palisadenform für einen unserer geschätzten Kunden.

Was später nach einer fertigen Form aussieht, ist das Ergebnis vieler einzelner Arbeitsschritte. Gerade bei einer Palisadenform sind handwerkliches Können, Erfahrung und höchste Präzision gefragt. Vom einzelnen Bauteil bis zur fertig montierten Form muss alles exakt zusammenspielen.

Unsere Bilder geben heute einen kleinen Einblick in die laufende Fertigung – und zeigen, wie viel echtes Handwerk und Know-how in einer solchen Form steckt.

Qualität entsteht nicht erst beim fertigen Produkt – sondern bei jedem einzelnen Arbeitsschritt.

We are currently manufacturing a new palisade mould for one of our valued customers.

What ultimately looks like a finished mould is the result of many individual production steps. Especially when manufacturing a palisade mould, craftsmanship, experience and maximum precision are essential. From the individual components to the fully assembled mould, everything has to work together perfectly.

Today’s pictures give a small insight into the manufacturing process – and show how much craftsmanship and know-how goes into producing a mould like this.

Aktuell arbeiten wir bei ZENITH Formen Produktions GmbH an der Konstruktion und Vorbereitung einer neuen Palisadenform.
