A strong start into the New Year in 🇨🇳

350 colleagues came together for the annual New Year Event of . An inspiring gathering to reflect on what we have achieved and to look ahead to the opportunities of the coming year.

China continues to play an important role in our international activities. With our Oschatz Global facility in Nanjing contributing to energy and environmental solutions for more than two decades, we are proud to be part of the region’s industrial development and to further strengthen our presence in this dynamic market.

As we enter the Year of the Horse, we look ahead with energy and confidence, ready to welcome new clients and drive future projects together.

Looking back, the past year has underlined how demanding industrial has become.
The world around us is changing fast. Power structures are shifting, technology is moving at pace, and the requirements placed on industry are becoming increasingly complex. 🌍

2025 has once again shown that real change does not happen in headlines or strategy papers. It happens quietly and consistently on sites, in plants and workshops – through people who take responsibility and get the work done. Often step by step. Sometimes under pressure. Always with a clear focus on quality and reliability.

Across Europe, industries are rebuilding the foundations of how they produce and operate. Energy systems are being rethought, circular solutions are gaining ground, and long-established processes are changing. These shifts are necessary – and they are already underway.
