📍 New Injalo Reservoir in Batumi - Georgia
Great progress on site — half of the top slab has already been cast, while the second half is being poured today. The concrete pumps are in position, waiting for the first concrete trucks to arrive. You can clearly see the formwork and reinforcement ready for the final section.
Step by step, the structure is taking shape. 🏗️👷‍♂️🚛⚠️⛑️💪

Successfully overcoming challenges on our construction site in Batumi

The construction pit for PS A was flooded due to groundwater intrusion through a damaged section of the concrete pile wall.
Following repeated grouting works, the issue has been resolved and construction of the foundation slab is now continuing.

As the winter season comes to a close, we’re slowly saying goodbye to winter and welcoming spring.
At the end of March, our Innsbruck office headed to Kühtai for one last ski day together. After a few great runs on the slopes, we wrapped up the afternoon with a delicious Tyrolean lunch.
A wonderful day with an amazing team.

Stefan Preinstorfer is stepping into the role of Managing Director. He has been an integral part of our team for more than 20 years now.
At the same time, we’re delighted that Fritz Schwaiger will continue to be part of the team, ensuring continuity and supporting this next chapter. We’d like to sincerely thank him for the dedication, leadership, and impact he has had on our growth and corporate culture as Managing Director for the last 32 years.

💧Final Push for our Water Supply Projects in Nairobi’s Satellite Towns!💧

This month, we joined the KfW mission to visit the Ruiru-Juja and Kiserian-Ongata Rongai Water Supply Projects. These projects, part of the Nairobi Satellite Towns Water and Sanitation Development Programme, are now nearing completion.

This site visit provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with local stakeholders, assess ongoing progress on the ground, and discuss next steps to finish the pending works and hand-over all newly constructed infrastructure. It was inspiring to see the commitment of everyone involved to bring this project to an successful end.

Grateful for the collaboration, the open dialogue, and the shared ambition to deliver long-term impact. Together, we’re not just building pipes and plants; we’re securing a brighter, healthier future for the people in/around Nairobi.
