🔬 Dry Ultra-Fine Grinding – How Does Our PMT Spiral Jet Mill Actually Work?

The principle behind our PMT Spiral Jet Mill is as simple as it is effective:

The feed material is pneumatically transported into the grinding chamber, where it is accelerated along spiral paths by the grinding medium. The particles are primarily reduced in size by shear forces, ensuring efficient and gentle grinding.

⚙️ What makes it special? Our integrated high-performance classifier reaches peripheral speeds of up to 190 m/s, ensuring precise particle separation. Once the desired fineness is achieved, the particles immediately leave the grinding chamber – preventing unnecessary overgrinding.

🎯 Product fineness can be easily adjusted by controlling the classifier rotor speed.
