The commute looks a little different out here. 🚜

Across the field and back to the farm. Beats sitting in traffic, right?

19/10/2026

Not everyone on the farm is in a hurry. 😄

Some prefer to stop, have a look around and see what everyone else is up to.

There’s something satisfying about a good row of hay. Especially when there are plenty more waiting behind it. 🚜

Who else knows the feeling?

13/10/2026

Haylage for horses comes with its own challenges. 🐴

Hard stalks can puncture the wrapping film, while stubble left in the field can do the same when a bale is placed on the ground.

That’s where 𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐬 comes in. Its greater strength helps bend hard stalks down during wrapping and makes the film more resistant to punctures when the bale is placed on the ground.

Extra strength for the challenges that come with wrapping haylage.

What's inside the bale? Usually, there's only one way to find out: cut it open.

With 𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥, you don’t have to. The clear film lets you see the silage inside, making it easier to spot mould before opening the bale.

𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞. 🚜

Two little farmers making sure they don't miss a thing.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫.

Planning your whole week around one dry window. Having baler twine in literally every pocket, just in case. Knowing each animal well enough to spot the one that's acting off before anyone else would.

What would you add to the list? 😄

28/09/2026

𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤'𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦.

Mowers ready, wrapper booked, everyone on standby. If the weather holds, it's a great week. If it doesn't, you're starting again. How's the forecast looking on your end this week?

26/09/2026

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦?

The one you reach for without even thinking. Maybe it's a roll of duct tape, a handful of cable ties or that old wrench that's been around for years.

What's yours? 🔧

Racing the storm to get this bale wrapped in Crystal before the rain hits.⛈️ Some days, the weather doesn't wait for anyone.
