think and vision, a TDE Group company, is an international solutions provider for the petroleum industry.
We are seeking to hire a:
UI/UX Designer
who will work together with our international software development teams on our projects in an agile development environment at our office in Leoben city centre or via home office.
Start date: ASAP
Your tasks will be to:
- Working with Product Owners, Market Researchers and Business Analysts on new features and concepts.
- Utilizing Wireframes, Prototypes, Feedback in continuous iteration in your design process.
- Adopt current product design for future developments for product continuity.
- Work closely with the development team when it comes to the implementation of your designs.
- Be fully integrated in our development cycle as active member in a Scrum environment (participate in planning, review and daily scrum meetings).
- Continuously test usability of our products and apply your knowledge to improve them.
- Support Business Analysts to analyse user behaviour to improve user experience.
The following requirements and experience are needed to be invited for an interview:
- Previous working experience as a UI/UX Designer for a minimum of 3 years
- Educational background in Design, Software development or similar relevant field
- You are up-to-date when it comes to digital product design trends (style, usability, best practices)
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS and responsive web design to communicate with the development team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language
- Experience to work in a Scrum development environment will be considered a bonus
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to detail

- Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 36 400 gross per year (based on full-time).
