Manchmal entstehen Projekte, die nicht nur gebaut, sondern auch erzählt werden wollen. Mit Promenade 39 wird ein zentraler Ort der Linzer Kulturlandschaft behutsam erneuert und für kommende Generationen gesichert. Auf Basis bauhistorischer und restauratorischer Untersuchungen verbindet das Projekt den Erhalt wertvoller historischer Substanz mit den Anforderungen eines zeitgemäßen, nachhaltigen Theater- und Veranstaltungsbetriebs.
Umso mehr freut uns, dass dieses vielschichtige Projekt in einem ausführlichen Artikel der Gesellschaft für Landeskunde und Denkmalpflege Oberösterreich beschrieben wurde – vielen Dank!

Sometimes projects emerge that are not only meant to be built, but also to be told. With Promenade 39, a central site of Linz’s cultural landscape is being carefully renewed and secured for future generations. Based on thorough architectural-historical and conservation research, the project combines the preservation of valuable historic fabric with the demands of a contemporary, sustainable theatre and event venue.

Wir freuen uns, dass unser Projekt Corpus Grödig die Baugenehmigung erhalten hat.

Damit beginnt die Transformation eines ehemaligen Gewerbeareals in ein neues Stück Stadt:
Ein Büro- und Geschäftsgebäude mit klarer Präsenz an der Hauptstraße bildet die Adresse des Quartiers und schirmt das Innere vom Verkehrslärm ab.
Dahinter entsteht in einer offenen, schachbrettartigen Struktur ein Ensemble von 78 Wohnungen, jeweils dreiseitig orientiert, mit großzügigen Terrassen und direktem Bezug zu den Grünräumen.

🌳 Weitläufige Grünflächen, Spielplätze und Begegnungszonen
🚲 Nachhaltige Mobilität mit Radwegen und über 300 Tiefgaragenplätzen

Das Projekt setzt auf eine klare, zeitgemäße Architektursprache, die Identität schafft, Lebensqualität fördert und einen neuen städtebaulichen Akzent im Zentrum von Grödig setzt.

We are very pleased that the cooperation between EIDOS Architecture and HARO Architects has won the international architectural competition for the Visitor Center and the new IUVAVUM Archaeological Museum in Salzburg's Domquartier! 🎉

Under the common roof of EIDOS.HARO Architekten, we look forward to collaborating on this significant project, which will not only preserve Salzburg's cultural heritage but also provide modern access to its history.
The design was praised by the jury for its careful integration into the historical architecture, as well as its functional and architectural design. The new building will preserve the historic appearance of the courtyard while providing modern access to the impressive cathedral excavations.

We are proud to take on the general planning of this project, which is an important component of the Salzburg Cultural Building Plan.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with completion expected in 2028.

The project centers on integrating the majestic maple tree that defines the property. The southwest-facing terraces are set back to give the tree space, making it the natural focal point. The tree provides shade, anchors the ground-floor interiors, and influences the design of the outdoor spaces. The upper-floor balconies also benefit from its presence, enhancing the connection between indoors and outdoors.

Wir teilen hier diesen Artikel aus den Salzburger Nachrichten über unser 2inOne-Projekt, Verdichtung und den Umgang mit komplexen Standorten.
Es gibt noch unbebaute Grundstücke auf dem Markt, die wir entdecken möchten. Grundstücke mit Lücken und Einschränkungen, die nicht auffallen oder vom Bauträger abgelehnt wurden.
Wir konzentrieren uns auf diese Einschränkungen, auf diese leeren Räume, die in einer anspruchsvollen städtischen Umgebung geometrisch kompliziert sind und daher als von geringerem Marktwert wahrgenommen werden. Die Qualität dieser Immobilienentwicklungen kann durch pragmatische, suggestive und kreative architektonische Lösungen gesteigert werden.

I am pleased to share this article from today´s Salzburger Nachrichten about our 2inOne project, densification and approach to complex sites.
There are untapped plots in the market that we intend to discover. Sites with gaps and constrains that do not attract attention or have been rejected by the Real Estate developers.
We are focused on those constrains on those empty spaces, geometrically complicated within a challenging urban environment and, therefore, perceived as having lower market value. With pragmatic, suggestive and creative architectural solutions the quality of those Real Estate developments can be increased.

Located alongside the Salzach River, the project recalls the 19th-century villas that once thrived along its banks with boasting gardens and timeless elegance.

The new building revolves around a concept of stacked housing, blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics. Each floor showcases two spacious apartments, complemented by a penthouse with a roof garden deck with swimming pool.

The exposed concrete structure reimagines the classic loggias found in those villas, granting residents ample access to vast outdoor terraces.
