🏗️ Modular Slipform Engineering in Action – Project Poland 🇵🇱

Progress continues on our project in Poland, with 49 caissons in total and construction currently at Caisson No. 21!

The standout feature of this project is our advanced slipform system, specifically designed for flexibility, efficiency, and adaptability. Its modular concept allows the slipform to be dismantled, reconfigured, and rebuilt to suit 8 different geometries — making it an ideal solution for a project with varying structural requirements.

🏗️ 21 Caissons. One impressive slipform operation. 🇬🇷

On a major construction site in Greece, 21 concrete caissons are taking shape using our slipform method — a continuous and highly efficient construction technique that allows vertical structures to be built with speed, precision, and consistency.

Each caisson is built in two construction sections at two separate sites. The lower section is slipformed on the barge before the caisson is launched and transported to the second site, where construction continues until it reaches its final height.
One caisson cycle takes 8 days, including assembly, sliding, and dismantling.

• 27.80 × 10.70 m
• Height: 18.60 m
• Wall thickness: 400 mm external / 300 mm internal
• Recessed corners
• Approx. 265 linear metres in total

The project demonstrates how our advanced slipform technology can combine continuous construction with complex logistics, enabling large-scale concrete elements to be efficiently produced, transported, and completed in stages.

Rising with precision in Istanbul 🇹🇷🏗️

A unique observation tower in Istanbul, built using our advanced conical slipform system — combining continuous concreting with precise control of a constantly changing geometry.

📐 Tower geometry & key figures:

• Height: 37.350 m

• Square cross-section

• Base dimension: 4.40 × 4.40 m

• Top dimension: 3.30 × 3.30 m

• Wall thickness: 300 mm

• Conicity: 14.7 mm/m

• Slipforming time: just 11 days

The special challenge was the conical geometry. Unlike a conventional vertical slipform, the formwork had to continuously adapt to the changing dimensions of the tower while maintaining the required alignment, wall thickness and concrete quality throughout the entire climb.

The result: 37.350 metres of continuously slipformed concrete in only 11 days.

A great example of how our specialized conical slipform technology can make complex concrete structures efficient, precise and fast.

🏗️ 107 METRES HIGH — COMPLETED IN THE HEART OF OSLO

Project completed. Slipform successfully delivered.

In just 36 days, the slipform operation brought the core to a total height of 107 metres — making it the first high-rise in Oslo exceeding 100 m since 1990.

Working continuously upwards in the centre of Oslo, our slipform system had to overcome a number of demanding challenges:

🔹 107 m of continuous slipforming in just 36 days
🔹 A 16-ton crane operating within the tight space of our slipform
🔹 Two wall thickness reductions incorporated during the climb
🔹 More than 400 concrete trucks coordinated through the city centre to maintain the continuous concrete supply
🔹 Precise coordination of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, crane operations and logistics throughout the entire climb

From the first lift to the final metre, our advanced slipform Technology enabled a continuous, efficient and precisely controlled construction process.

Another successful silo project completed in Austria! 🇦🇹

This project features three reinforced concrete silos arranged in a circular layout:
• 2 silos with an inner diameter of 13.06 m
• 1 silo with an inner diameter of 16.76 m
• All silos standing 18.15 m high with a wall thickness of 22 cm

All three silos were constructed simultaneously using our advanced slipform system, completing the continuous slip in just 4.5 days. This achievement reflects careful planning, precise ex*****on, and outstanding teamwork on site.

Beyond the slipforming works, our scope also included:
✔ Design and production of galvanized silo doors
✔ Roof construction with prefabricated beams
✔ Concreting of the silo ceilings
✔ Installation of wraparound safety railings and access ladders

From engineering and fabrication to ex*****on, this project demonstrates how integrated planning and efficient construction methods deliver exceptional results.

Le point sur le projet 🚧

Notre chantier de deux silos à biomasse, construits côte à côte dans le cadre d'un même projet en 🇫🇷, est désormais terminé.

Le recours à notre technologie de pointe en matière de coffrage glissant a permis un processus de construction continu et efficace, avec un haut niveau de précision et une qualité constante du début à la fin. Cette méthode s'est une nouvelle fois révélée être un facteur clé pour respecter à la fois le planning ainsi que les objectifs de performance et de qualité.

Une étape importante pour ce projet et un excellent exemple de ce que les techniques de construction modernes et une équipe dévouée peuvent accomplir conjointement.

Une étape importante franchie avec maîtrise dans le cadre de notre projet d'Unité de Valorisation Énergétique en France 🇫🇷

La totalité de la structure est désormais achevée, grâce à notre technologie avancée de coffrage glissant, une méthode qui nous a permis d'allier rapidité, précision et qualité à grande échelle.

21 Days. 46 Meters. One Continuous Slipform.

This sugar silo in Poland was built using slipform construction—delivering speed, precision, and consistency from start to finish.

📸 Project highlights:
• 262 runmeters of formwork
• 2,218 m³ of concrete
• 12,066 m² of concrete surface
• 46 m total height

During the slip, post-tensioning ducts were installed seamlessly, while the external ring beam completes the structure.

Our advanced slipform made it all possible: a continuous process, no interruptions, and a highly efficient way to build vertically at scale.
