🌊 New in the USF Water Group Family 🌊
We are proud to introduce the latest member of our product portfolio: the USF StillMATE 1000-6-DUO.
This state-of-the-art generator produces both Water for Injection (WFI) and pure steam, fully compliant with the applicable pharmacopoeias. With this addition, the USF Water Group can meet even the most demanding customer requirements – including special stainless steels, surface roughness specifications, and delta-ferrite criteria.
✨ A special highlight: the integrated Utility Monitoring Package.
This feature continuously measures and evaluates all operating utilities – heating steam, cooling water, compressed air, and electricity. The result: precise performance data showing exactly how much resource input is required for WFI or pure steam production.
Naturally, the system meets all current pharmaceutical standards, from automation to qualification – ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
