We specialise in maximising the impact of European research and innovation projects via tailored dissemination, communication, stakeholder engagement and knowledge exploitation strategies. EURIDA Research Management specialises in the support of universities, SMEs, research institutes and organizations in the internationalisation of their research activities and the development and implementation
of funded research projects. Here, the focus lies on the establishment of sustainable mid- to long-term innovation and funding concepts embedded in European and/or national strategies and funding landscapes. EURIDA holds years of experience in various international and national funding programmes, including the European Research Framework Programme. The 8th Framework Programme, Horizon 2020, with its aim to tackle societal challenges by helping to bridge the gap between research and the market and with international cooperation as an important cross-cutting priority is and will be at the core of EURIDA’s activities during its duration from 2014-2020. In Horizon 2020, strategic approaches in research, interdisciplinarity, internationality and the creation of synergies with complementing funding schemes will be more important than ever. To achieve this, EURIDA supports their partners with a comprehensive set of activities during their internationalisation and funding initiatives, i.e. by
- Analysing international and national research & innovation strategies and policies
- Supporting the development of innovative ideas in the context of analysis results
- Implementing innovation and research concepts through concrete projects
- Establishing and/or coordinating networking activities with important stakeholders
- Supporting strategic idea and project development by using proven methods such as Project Cycle Management/PCM and/or the Logical Framework Approach/LFA
- Facilitating the implementation of funded projects and initiatives by carrying out internal and external communication activities, dissemination and research marketing as well as public engagement
- Turning individual projects into sustainable long-term research and innovation initiatives by developing follow-up activities (incl. follow-up funding strategies), supporting exploitation and commercialisation efforts and liaising with relevant stakeholders for the valorisation of research results.
