🏆 Innovation in Practice: Award-Winning Master Thesis
A project implemented within our company has been honored with the INNOVATIONaward FH Wels 2026, which recognizes outstanding and practice-oriented master theses each year. 👩🏼🎓
Doris Bernroider achieved 1st place in the category Automation & Mechatronics. In her thesis, she developed a controlled braking module for steel wire rope production, enabling increased precision, higher automation, and reduced downtime.
The project was realized at Teufelberger-Redaelli in close collaboration with our Industrial Engineering and Production teams. Its goal: to regulate strand tension in stranding machines and ensure stable production conditions.
This award highlights the value of combining academic excellence with real-world application—and reinforces our commitment to innovation driven by partnership.
