One year after launching LOOP-it, our joint venture with Brantner green solutions, we are proving that mattress recycling can work at industrial scale.
Powered by automation and AI-supported material identification, LOOP-it recovers valuable raw materials with precision keeping them in the value chain instead of sending them to incineration.
The results speak for themselves:

• Up to 500 end-of-life mattresses processed per shift
• Around 80% of recovered materials returned to the value chain
• 87% lower CO₂ emissions compared to incineration.*
