is the first industrial solution using applied quanta mechanics that employs high energy resonance frequencies to influence the reaction behavior of the elements and substances of complex hydrocarbon liquids. Pristec has patents in 146 countries worldwide. It’s Cold Cracking Technology has been validated by international oil companies and certified world leading institutes. The Pristec Technology resolves in a cost effective way problems like Viscosity Reduction, Diluents Reduction, Upgrading and Conversion of Crude Oil to a Higher Value Oil, Significant CAPEX & OPEX Reduction, GHG (Green House Gas) Emissions Reduction. The application of our technology encompasses areas like Well Heads, Collectors, Terminals, Refineries and Tankers. In 2012 Pristec completed a 6-month industrial validation process at the Vesta Oil Terminal in Tallinn, Estonia, and successfully upgraded Heavy Fuel Oils and other Residual Products. All quality changes then have been certified by SGS, Intertek and Saybolt – the world’s leading certification companies. Between 2013 and 2015 Pristec validated its Process at the well head in the Orinoco Belt / Venezuela with Extra Heavy Crude Oils. Teams from CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) and others got Demonstration at the facility in Venezuela. The results were leading to the introduction of the Pristec Cold Cracking process in various heavy oil producing countries like China and major downstream areas like the United States. In 2016 Pristec has moved its headquarter from Tech Gate, Vienna to the Oil Port of Vienna, where Pristec implements its own commercial 10.000 barrels per day upgrader where Pristec produces high quality fuel oils from heavy residuals.
