LUMEN 120/38 + SMPHPE 1200 for production of large Pipe sizes up to 1200mm Diameter

HMG Extrusions latest technology was implemented supplying our Single Screw Extruder type LUMEN120/38 to achieve optimum melt homogeneity without sacrificing on the output which can achieve a maximum of 1500 kg/h. Our new development of large size Polyolefine Pipeheads using Spiral type channels made out of a special alloy material guaranteeing smooth operation, easy and fast start up and tight tolerances for each pipe size from 630 – 1200mm.

Complete Extrusion Line will be installed within this year and video clips including pictures of Vacuumtank SMVST1200, Spraytank SMST1200, Haul-Off SMHC1200/8 and Swarfless Cutter SMSCS1200 to follow shortly

Output: 1500 kg/h
