Looking back on a great team day yesterday 🙌 Our youniqx team got to spend some time together away from our laptops and videos calls to come together in person for our team day.

This time, we went for a trip to Austria's oldest hydroelectric power plant, followed by some very appreciated w**e tasting, good food and even better company 🍷 🍞 🥗 🥓

This years team day in the Lower Austrian countryside was a very welcomed experience to get our full team together, to talk in person and to spend time together. Thanks to everyone for a great day and some good memories!

How will digital ID like EUDI change the way we interact with public administrations? 🆔 Our Co‑CEO of youniqx Stefan Vogl showed at this weeks Smart Country Convention in how upcoming EUDI wallets like the German Wallet d-you will reshape citizen‑administration interactions fundamentally.

One of the biggest changes will be instant issuing, securely storing and presenting digital proofs in real‑time. Drawing on our hands‑on experience from our successfully launched projects in Austria, Liechtenstein and beyond, he demonstrated the core benefits of upcoming EUDI functions like instantly verifiable data.

As a key partner in Germany’s d-you Wallet infrastructure, we at youniqx are helping to shape the future of digital identity. Beyond that, we are building key building blocks and APIs that enable authorities and businesses to seamlessly adopt EU-wide digital identity solutions powered by EUDI 🇪🇺

We are currently present at the mDL4EU kick-off event in Budapest🫆 Together with 22 other member states we are working on mobile driving licenses in the EUDI Wallet. With the upcoming EUDI Wallet the mobile driving licenses will be recognized across the EU🛂

Taking the stage at the upcoming Smart Country Convention 2026 in Berlin 🇩🇪
Stefan Vogl, Co‑CEO & CTO of youniqx Identity, will be part of an expert panel together with Florian Tursky (former Austrian State Secretary), Barbara Schmatz and Markus Vesely, giving insights into the upcoming German EUDI Wallet with “d-you: Opportunities, Perspectives and the Future of Digital Identity" The discussion will be hosted by Christian Rupp.
