Since August 2026, Ibrahim has been leading our newly established organization in Türkiye as Country Manager.
With more than 22 years of experience in welding technology and robotic automation, he brings together extensive technical expertise, industry knowledge, and many years of management experience.
His responsibilities include building and developing the igm Türkiye organization, strengthening our local sales and service capabilities, and establishing long-term relationships with customers. He also supports igm’s business development activities across the wider region.
For Ibrahim, being close to customers and understanding their production challenges are essential to developing the right robotic welding solutions. Together with his growing team, his goal is to make igm’s technology, experience, and service capabilities more accessible to manufacturers throughout Türkiye.

Victor has been part of our team at “igm Welding Robots AB” in Lidköping, Sweden since 2022 and has a wide range of responsibilities. He takes care of everything from service and installation to online and offline programming at customer sites. 🙂
In addition, Victor conducts offline training sessions with customers and supports the sales team with offline accessibility tests particularly for new installations. Through his broad range of responsibilities, Victor combines strong technical expertise with direct customer interaction and plays an important role in the successful implementation of our projects.

Since January 2006, Thomas has been working at igm Robotersysteme GmbH in Kornwestheim (DE) in the Project Engineering department. His responsibilities include the planning and implementation of projects in the field of welding robotics, as well as the development of customized solutions to meet a wide range of customer requirements. Over the years, he has built up extensive technical expertise and gained broad experience in this field.
