The 10-passenger gondola lift Loischkopfbahn connects visitors comfortably and barrier-free with the Loischkopf, offering faster access to some of the region's most beautiful and exciting outdoor experiences. ✨

Whether it's downhill biking in summer or skiing in winter, guests benefit from shorter travel times and greater comfort. Downhill bikers especially enjoy dedicated Bike Cabs that carry up to eight bicycles per carrier. 🚡

When a funicular winks and blushes 🥰

Prague's modernized Petřín Funicular ropeway reopened this week. The more than 130-year-old landmark connects Prague’s city centre with Petřín Hill, transporting around 2.5 million passengers each year to one of the city’s most popular viewpoints. 🚞🏙️

The new vehicles feature one particularly playful detail: when passing at the crossing loop, one car winks while the other blushes. The idea reflects Petřín Hill's reputation as Prague's "Hill of Love". 😉❤️

In addition to the new vehicles, the track infrastructure, haul rope, drive system and control technology were completely renewed. The result is a funicular that combines its rich heritage with state-of-the-art ropeway technology.

The project was realized by Garaventa AG together with Dopravní podnik hlavního města Prahy, Doppelmayr Czech Republic, CWA and Anna Maresova designers.

Last Friday, we participated in the Business Run in Bregenz, the largest corporate sports networking event in Vorarlberg, Austria. Together with thousands of other corporate athletes, we enjoyed an incredible afternoon on the beautiful 5 km course along Lake Constance.

And once again, we brought home two major group achievements:
🏆 Largest company team with more than 350 participants
🏆 Most active apprentice group with more than 75 participants

Beyond the impressive athletic performances, the event offered a fantastic opportunity to strengthen team spirit and build valuable professional connections.
