🦾The Adelaide Rover Team, a volunteer mechatronics team participating in the Australian Rover Challenge in March 2027, is seeking students to join and participate in the design and integration of an autonomous navigation system that will be integrated with our physical Rover.

✅We are looking for students who are:

- Committed and dedicated people: You must be willing to commit time and attention to the team and system through to the competition in March 2026. We expect roughly 8 hours/week of work over this time period, including in-person testing in Adelaide over the summer.

- Collaborative and communicative team players: This is a massive team effort where members will be required to work together and communicate progress and ideas.

- Tenacious and resilient students: The project is a real challenge, and we’re looking for people who are willing to put the time in and test different approaches until they can find an appropriate solution.

- People curious and passionate about coding: You don’t have to know much about autonomous navigation at the moment, though it is a big plus if you do. Instead, we want to see evidence that you’re willing to work on tricky projects and learn as you go.
