I am writing to you as Optus has cut my number and I know I haven't been contactable. I was overseas and had no phones working as Optus has done something on there system. I have asked to port to Telsta and they said I can't as I'm stuck in there system. I had no phone or data and was uncontactable. I came back and have been in Australia for 12 days and still no phone... Optus said 48 hours for it to be fixed.. The situation with my number is apparently stuck in the system... Not sure what that means... I have been unreachable due to Optus and so it has been out of my control. It has now been a total of 30 days without comunications. I have been inundated and trying to mitigate the situation as best as I can..

I only have 1 number I can now be reached on, and I am having the websites updated with it today. If there was anything urgent or outstanding, please email me or call me as I only have access on that number.
