CrownFocus® Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
CrownFocus has invested significant time, resources and expertise in developing our products and creating original product photography, installation images, technical content and other visual materials for the Toyota Crown and Lexus community.
As CrownFocus continues to grow internationally, we have become aware of an increasing number of third-party businesses copying and using our original photographs and visual materials to advertise and sell their own products without our permission.
We would therefore like to formally clarify our intellectual property policy.
CrownFocus® is a registered Australian trade mark (Trade Mark No. 2549627), owned by JDMFOCUSTECH PTY. LTD (ABN-91679310368) and registered with IP Australia.
In addition, original product photography, installation photographs, graphics and other original visual content created by CrownFocus are protected by copyright.
We welcome CrownFocus customers, vehicle owners and members of the automotive community sharing our content for genuine personal and non-commercial purposes with appropriate acknowledgement.
However, commercial businesses, competitors, online sellers and other third parties are not authorised to copy, reproduce, download, modify, crop, remove branding or watermarks from, rebrand, republish, or otherwise use CrownFocus original content for the advertising, promotion or sale of products or services without our prior written permission.
This applies to unauthorised commercial use across websites, online stores, marketplaces, social media, advertisements and other digital or physical marketing channels.
CrownFocus actively monitors the unauthorised commercial use of its intellectual property and original content.
Where infringement is identified, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our intellectual property, including submitting copyright and intellectual property infringement notices to relevant hosting providers, social media platforms, search engines, marketplaces, advertising platforms and other service providers, and pursuing further remedies where appropriate.
For CrownFocus authorised dealers, installers and business partners who require official product photography or marketing materials, please contact us directly. Approved materials can be provided where appropriate.
