We downed the tools for a half-day last week so the crew could join Mark from Magnificent Mindset for a workshop on mindset, gratitude, mindfulness and mental health.

These sessions matter to us. We want our apprentices and experienced team members alike to have real tools for personal growth — because looking after people properly means supporting them as whole people, not just employees.

Proud to lead a business that makes time for this.

As we close out 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect and give thanks.

The year wasn’t just about jobs completed and projects delivered—it was about the people who make it all possible.

At our Christmas party last weekend, we took time to recognise some incredible personal achievements within our team:

🏡🏡🏡🏡 4 new homes purchased by team members this year

These aren’t just numbers—they’re life-changing moments. Engagements, weddings, becoming homeowners, stepping up in your trade… we’re so proud to support our people through all of it.

What an absolute privilege it is to lead this group. They show up every day with consistency, integrity, and a knack for just getting it done — and we’re committed to showing up for them too.
