We are looking for an experienced and diligent Retaining wall installer to join the Urban Earthworks team. You must be comfortable operating an excavator and maintenance equipment, such as truck, bobcat and excavator and understand how to read plans. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients’ exterior safe and looking beautiful, so our team works in various types of weather conditions and performs maintenance duties to ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris from communal walkways spaces and open sites.
Retaining Wall Duties and Responsibilities
• How to setup job from start.
• Make sure site is safe prior to start of work.
• How to operate an excavator and drilling equipment.
• Set steel beams in concrete.
• Keep site areas clean and removed all rubbish.
• Oversee maintenance repairs to equipment.
Retaining wall Requirements and Qualifications
• High school degree or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in retaining wall installation.
• Must know how to operate excavator, bobcat and equipment, such as grinders, quick cut, laser levels.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
