🌏🤝 PMI Adelaide at Welcome to South Australia 2026

What a fantastic morning connecting with skilled migrants beginning their new journey in South Australia!

Despite the rainy weather, the event attracted well over 100 attendees, creating countless opportunities for meaningful conversations, new connections, and community building. We were proud to represent PMI Adelaide and share how project professionals can grow their careers through networking, mentoring, volunteering, professional development, and local chapter events.

It was especially encouraging to see that many attendees were already familiar with PMI and were eager to learn more about how our local chapter can support their professional journey beyond certifications alone. From newcomers exploring their first opportunities in Australia to experienced professionals looking to expand their networks, every conversation was unique and valuable.

A huge thank you to the Department of State Development for hosting such a successful event and creating a welcoming environment for skilled migrants across South Australia.

Special thanks to our incredible PMI Adelaide volunteers and ambassadors, particularly Peter and Paula, for their enthusiasm, generosity, and genuine engagement throughout the morning. What a fantastic evening of connection, conversation, and community at our latest PMI networking event, Brews, Bubbles & Brains, a true reflection of just how welcoming, supportive and engaged our PMI community is!

A special welcome and thank you to all the newcomers who joined us, we loved seeing so many attendees step up to introduce themselves. It was a great icebreaker and a wonderful reminder of the diverse experiences that make our project management community so vibrant.

We also had a quick round of PM Trivia that sparked plenty of laughs and friendly debate. A heartfelt thank you to our sponsors for their support in making events like these possible and for helping us bring together project professionals from across industries.
