Congratulations Lo & Co Interiors

Ten years ago, Lo & Co set out to moke ordinary hardware a little less ordinary. A decade later, they’ve certainly done that.

Congratultions to the dynamic Lo & Co team on 10 brilliant years. We’re proud to have featured their beautiful hardware throughout many of our Genworth residences.

Ten years of beautiful details, with plenty more ahead!

Chris & Mary Diamants + Genworth Family.

Small in scale, big on charm.

The Gilbert Residence proves that a beautiful home doesn’t need to shout for attention. A limestone façade, light-filled interiors, soft finishes and thoughtful detailing come together to create a home that feels fresh, welcoming and incredibly easy to love.

Every Genworth home is different, because every client is different. Whether you’re imagining something grand or simply a beautifully resolved place to call home, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.

If you’re thinking about building, come and have a chat with us.

The Stirling Residence brings together classical detailing, warmth and a few beautiful surprises.

From the chevron timber flooring and custom mouldings to the arched butler’s pantry, marble surfaces and brass accents, every detail adds another layer to the home. Miele appliances are integrated seamlessly into the kitchen, while furniture by Transforma introduces a contemporary contrast to the more traditional architecture.

A home designed to feel timeless, lived in and enduring for generations.

THIS OR THAT | KITCHEN EDITION 2.0

Two kitchens. Two very different personalities.

From the light, expressive palette of Kitchen A to the rich timber and deep green stone of Kitchen B, each takes a distinctly different approach to materiality, colour and character.

The question is, which one would you choose for your home?

🤍 A: Light, refined and expressive
🤎 B: Rich, moody and sophisticated

Vote Kitchen A 🤍 or Kitchen B 🤎 through the instagram poll at the bottom of the post👇🏼

A little pre-handover breakfast at Trinity Residence.

The Genworth team gathered on site this morning for a BBQ brekky, coffees and a walk-through of the home ahead of handover next week.

And when your resident BBQ chef is actually a former professional chef, expectations are understandably high. Thankfully, Carlos delivered.

A few of the more camera-shy members of the team also found the safest place possible... right up the back in the shade.

A new Genworth residence is underway.

We’re pleased to celebrate the signing of a new bespoke residence and to officially welcome our newest clients to the Genworth family.

With its timeless architectural detailing, natural stone façade and beautifully proportioned form, this home draws on classical influences while being designed for contemporary family living.

We look forward to bringing this residence to life and sharing its progress as construction unfolds.

Building excellence for generations.
