inhousing is looking for an experienced, values-led leader to oversee the management, maintenance and performance of our property portfolio.

This newly created role will lead a skilled Asset team across construction, capital works, property renewals, maintenance, contractor management and compliance, helping us deliver safe, accessible and sustainable homes for people with disability.

If you have strong experience in asset, construction or property management and want your work to have a meaningful community impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Sometimes lasting change can start with something as simple as a neighbourhood picnic.

When inhousing tenants and neighbours gathered for a picnic at Spencer Street Reserve, the event highlighted accessibility barriers that made it difficult for wheelchair users like Mark to enjoy the space.

What followed was a collaboration between tenants, inhousing and Campbelltown City Council that has helped transform the reserve into a more accessible place for everyone to enjoy.

For Mark, who lives just across the road, the difference is significant.
