A major milestone for the Lucy Commercial team with the successful installation of a 12-tonne tower crane provided by our trusted local contractor Load 28 at Dusk Apartments Glenelg.

This powerful addition will support the safe and efficient delivery of materials as we push ahead with construction. A huge shoutout to our crew and partners for their precision and planning in making this complex lift look easy. Stay tuned as we continue to build up! 🏗️

We have had an exciting start to the week with our Tower Crane being installed by the team at Load 28 onsite at Dusk Glenelg!

Tower cranes are essential for high-rise construction, as they facilitate the efficient lifting of materials from loading platforms to areas that are otherwise difficult to access. Their use will enable our team to effectively service all 14 stories of the building as construction progresses upward.

In partnership with Enzo Caroscio Architecture, Structural Systems and Future Urban, Lucy Commercial are thrilled to have been appointed to construct the luxurious Dusk Glenelg.

Design and construction of the 10 sky homes each with their own level with ocean views and Adelaide Hills views will complement luxury living, located just off the Esplanade in the heart of Glenelg Beach.

We are excited to continue our working relationship with our valued clients after working together to complete the magnificent and well known Dusk at Henley Beach.
