One of our past projects, we were asked to design and replicate the shape of a Magnum wine bottle, this custom commercial wood-fired oven was created as the centrepiece of a restaurant space.

Finished in black penny round mosaic tiles with a gold band, it's hard to miss when you walk through the door. Not only is it a statement, but it's built to handle the demands of a busy commercial kitchen while delivering that authentic wood-fired flavour.

We recently completed this one-of-a-kind custom bottle shape wood oven, designed and built to bring our client’s vision to life.

This oven is both wood-fired and gas-assisted, combining authentic cooking performance with modern convenience. The unique bottle shape was custom designed in-house, then beautifully finished with Azzurri Blue glass mosaics supplied by Adelaide Marble Specialists. 💙

This 80cm internal Forno sits on a clean white texture coat base and is finished with a white penny round mosaic tile, creating a timeless and modern finish. We love the contrast against the splashback wall which really makes the oven stand out as the feature piece of the area.

We specialise in building custom brick ovens to suit every home and outdoor kitchen, tailored to each client’s needs.

For this project, the client wanted to keep the polished concrete bench at a standard 900mm bench height. We built the the oven door higher, as our fornos are designed with a 1.15m cooking floor height, ideal and comfortable cooking and ease of use.

This brick oven also features a gas burner, giving the flexibility and convenience of both wood-fired flavour and gas cooking.

Finished in a sleek gloss black penny round tile, this modern style is in high demand right now.

We used Coach Bricks from to perfectly tie in with the existing brickwork of the home, creating a seamless and timeless look.

This hand-built brick wood fired oven was then finished with a silver round mosaic from , adding the perfect modern touch while still keeping that classic character.

We absolutely love how this one turned out — built to last and made for unforgettable family gatherings, entertaining, and amazing wood fired cooking.

Another custom wood fired forno we’ve just recently finished.

Built on a solid brick base and finished in travertine stone to tie in nicely with the flooring — keeping everything clean and consistent.

This one features a hand-built brick dome, finished with a microcement base for strength, then coated in a Porters specialty paint, finish to match the internal walls of the home.

This custom Forno was built on-site and seamlessly integrated into a retaining wall to maximise space — a smart and functional design without compromising on style.

The oven sits on a rendered, textured-coated base and is finished off beautifully with black penny round tiles, giving it that clean, modern edge while still keeping the traditional brick wood-fired oven soul 🔥
