Summer at Resonate | Our People, Their Adventures

From coastal escapes and international adventures to relaxed staycations and time with loved ones, our team made the most of the summer break in all kinds of ways.

Marc soaked up the stunning scenery at Wineglass Bay in Tasmania, while Darren celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary in Fiji. Deb embraced winter in Japan with a snowboarding trip (albeit mostly upside down), and Greg explored the misty landscapes and historic towns of his homeland, Ireland. Closer to home, Isabel and Lu each road-tripped across New Zealand’s North Island with their respective families - blissfully unaware they were starring in parallel holiday timelines - while Paula enjoyed a spot of camping in Robe and the Grampians, and Ruth was in awe with the beautiful wildlife on the Yorke Peninsula.

There were also plenty of summer moments closer to home. Chloe did some home maintenance to the deck and Tash put her family’s teamwork to the ultimate test in an escape room - emerging victorious and slightly more competitive than before. Nick hosted his annual New Year’s gathering with friends, continuing their much-loved “Ins & Outs” tradition and crafting a symbolic effigy inspired by the Japanese custom of ringing a temple bell 108 times to cleanse the past year and welcome the new.

Others across the team enjoyed staying in their local states, spending quality time with family and friends, and simply slowing down.
Here’s to a safe, happy and energised start to 2026 - we’re excited for another year of great projects, great clients and great outcomes.

Leadership Announcement at Resonate Consultants!

We have a big announcement to share!

As of January 2026, Tom Evans will be stepping into the role of Managing Director, with Darren Jurevicius transitioning out of the MD position after three years in the role.

This change positions Darren to focus on strategic priorities, including his role as Congress President for Inter-Noise 2026, ongoing board roles, and the continued strengthening of Resonate’s market positioning through specialist advisory.

Darren has been Managing Director since 2023, and in that time he has led Resonate through some significant and positive change - opening new leadership opportunities for our team members and guiding our expanding employee ownership, with six new shareholders joining the team. He has genuinely created space for the directors and leadership team to grow, and it’s been incredible to see how much has been achieved during his time as MD. Thank you, Darren.

Tom has been a Director and Board member since 2020, consistently bringing clear insight, strong judgement, and steady leadership. Having worked together for 20 years, this transition is especially significant - and it’s been a privilege for Darren to see Tom develop from a graduate into Managing Director. We already see the leadership and direction Tom brings to the business each day, and we know he’ll be an exceptional MD.

We are genuinely excited for both Darren and Tom as they take on these next steps - and for what this means for the future of Resonate.
