Off to a busy start this year!

Recent works we have done in Bordertown.
House had uneven floors, gaps behind kitchen cupboards, deterioration of timber stumps.

Timber stumps replaced with solid concrete stumps and all floor levelled to ensure stability for years to come!

Hi all,

As the website gallery page is still under construction I thought I would share some photos with you here.

It has been a busy year with lots of restumping lately! below is a photo of a room where timber stumps are being replaced with adjustable steel stumps, and a local primary school has had their class rooms re levelled and timber stumps replaced with concrete blocks after water damage.

We have been so busy this year that I haven't been able to update..... BUT

We are in the process of building a new website, filled with photos to show you what we have been up to, it should be launching in the next few days!

COVID19: We are still working at this stage. We are assessing the restrictions as they arise. We hope to be working for as long as possible as we still have jobs booked in over the coming weeks.

We are still able to do quotes, please keep in mind Ladhams & Sons Underpinning is a husband and wife team with young kids. So we ask that you only request a quote if you are interested in getting the house fixed in the near future. We are confident we will be back up and running after this is all over. If you you would like a general idea on movement or costs, it may be best to wait.

If you are interested in receiving a quote from us we ask that you keep to social distancing guidelines.

We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have been unwell (cold, flu, virus ect) or have travelled overseas recently, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

We have engaged Ladhams and Sons on two of our properties, the first job was relatively simple strengthening and leveling a floor the second property involved significant structural work underpinning and masonry repair and restoration on a 110 year old villa in Mile End.

Ashley was fast, stayed to his quote, was easy to deal with, explaining complex issues in an easy to understand manner and nothing was too much trouble and he was totally professional.
