Since joining Connekt Group in April 2022, Eric has made a strong contribution through professionalism, leadership and a consistent focus on delivering successful project outcomes.

With extensive industry experience and a strong work ethic, Eric has built a reputation for developing high-performing site teams, maintaining strong builder relationships and delivering under demanding project conditions.

Most recently, Eric played a key leadership role on the Little National Hotel project—our largest multi-storey project to date—where his ability to manage pressure, coordinate teams and maintain programme outcomes was highly regarded by clients and stakeholders.

Eric’s promotion reflects the value he brings to the business and the leadership qualities he demonstrates every day.

Congratulations to Alex Kobzeff on his promotion to Construction Manager!

Since joining Connekt Group in March 2022 as a Project Engineer, Alex has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to growth, development and delivering positive outcomes for our clients and projects.

Over the past four years, Alex has progressed through the business from Project Engineer to Junior Project Manager, Project Manager, and now Construction Manager. His dedication, work ethic and drive to continually improve have been key to this progression.

Alex brings energy, ambition and a solutions-focused mindset to everything he does. He has played an important role across some of our more complex projects and continues to build strong leadership capability within the team.

This promotion reflects both the effort Alex has invested in his career and the confidence we have in his ability to help lead our construction teams moving forward.
