Crushing Correspondence: CPE's new internal newsletter focussed on all things Quality, Safety and Best Practice.

We've recently launched an internal newsletter for all staff to keep them informed and help with training. At Crushing Plant and Equipment we take updated knowledge, communication and consultation with our workers very seriously. Although we cant share our internal newsletters here on Facebook we can tell you that its aimed at covering important safety topics, internal processes to help us be the best we can be and improvements to ensure we give the best to our clients.

The first edition came out in March and the 2nd edition is due to roll out any day now. So far we have covered topics like grinder safety, the use of our DoneSafe WHS app and the importance of vehicle inspections so we always stay on the road to keep our clients going.

There’s no better way to start a shift than with a classic CPE BBQ Breakfast! This past February, the team gathered for our Safety Awareness Morning to enjoy a feed and, more importantly, to refocus on what matters most: getting everyone home safe.

The core of our discussion focused on respiratory health. We held an in-depth session on the importance of correct mask and respirator use, ensuring every team member has the right fit and the right filter for the job. Beyond the gear, we talked about the power of our culture—specifically, looking out for one another.

At Crushing Plant & Equipment (C.P.E.), we offer a full in-house design and drafting service to support the quarrying, mining, recycling and concrete industries. With full-time drafters on site and available for on-site meetings and consultations, we work closely with you from concept to completion to turn your ideas into practical, engineered solutions.

Whether you’re upgrading existing plant or developing something entirely new, our team can take your project from the initial thought process through to on-site measuring, detailed design, and engineering sign-off. Once approved, our in-house workshop can move seamlessly into fabrication and installation — all managed under one roof for faster turnaround and better quality control.

Reverse Engineering, 3D Printing & Emergency Support
Breakdowns happen, and off-the-shelf parts aren’t always available. That’s where C.P.E. comes to the rescue.
