We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to oversee multiple residential construction project in Agnes Water.
This role is suited to a practical, hands on construction professional who is equally comfortable managing projects, coordinating trades and stepping onto the tools when required to keep projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of works
Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and presentation
Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently
Assist with carpentry and general construction tasks when required
Support site teams during critical stages of construction to ensure deadlines are met
Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting
Essential Requirements
Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar building trade preferred
Ability and willingness to work on the tools when required
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans, engineering and specifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail
Current Driver's Licence
White Card
Highly Regarded
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Machinery tickets and additional trade qualifications an advantage
