First thing I spotted when we pulled into Hanoi… a little old-school vac truck! 🇻🇳🚛

You’ve gotta give it to these guys they bloody work. No fancy setup, no bells and whistles, just an old truck getting the job done and earning its keep.

I reckon this old girl wouldn’t pass too many inspections back home 😂 but you can’t knock the work ethic.

Different country, different standards, same job suck it up and get it done. 💪
Made me appreciate just how lucky we are with the gear we get to run back home… but also gave me a bit of respect for these blokes keeping these old machines going.

These milestones reflect the hard work we’ve put into building Vipervac Solutions, strengthening our compliance, investing in our equipment and developing the capability to work across the rail, mining, civil and telecommunications industries.

Sometimes you just need to stop, take a breath, and appreciate where the work takes you. 🌴

We’ve been working around beautiful Balgal Beach, just north of Townsville, for the past couple of weeks, with the boys having another week to week and a half up here before wrapping things up.
It’s easy to get caught up in the work, the deadlines and everything that comes with running a business, and forget to actually look around and appreciate some of the places we get to work.
This little spot has been a cracker. 🌊

For me, it’s time to step away for a bit and recharge, with a three-week break through Korea and Vietnam. The boys will keep things ticking along while I take some proper time to switch off.
Sometimes you’ve just got to slow down, breathe, look at the view and remind yourself that it’s not all about work.

Pretty lucky to call this part of the world our workplace. 🤙

Just want to give a massive shout-out to the one and only... the old man.

Today we're out working in beautiful Balgal Beach, the crew's absolutely smashed it, and to top it all off, it's his birthday! So everyone, do us a favour and wish the old boy a very happy birthday. 🎉🍻
This bloke is my absolute idol.

He shows up every single day, gives 100%, and has taught me more than I could ever put into words. He's been an incredible role model, puts up with all my headaches, and even cops the pressure I throw at him sometimes without ever complaining.

I told him to take the day off and enjoy his birthday, but he's a stubborn bastard and insisted on spending it out here with the boys instead. That's just who he is.
We're well ahead of schedule here at Balgal Beach, and the three of us have absolutely turned one on this week. Couldn't be prouder of what we've achieved together.
Happy birthday, old boy. Have an absolute ripper of a day and an even better weekend. Love ya, mate. ❤️🎂
