Our engineering team was on site at Enclave, Broadbeach late last year, working with builder Graya, to install strain gauges across the Bracing of the Contiguous Pile Shoring Wall.

Strain gauges are used to closely monitor structural behaviour throughout the excavation phase, capturing movement, load changes, and stress within the bracing system. This monitoring ensures performance remains aligned with design parameters and provides assurance that the retaining system behaves as intended.

Also featured on this project is our Deep Well Dewatering System, which operates continuously to manage groundwater levels to maintain safe and dry conditions for construction to progress efficiently.

📍 Marine Quarter, Southport – Aerial Recap

Sheet piling, bracing, spear point dewatering, and heavy metals treatment — mission complete.

This photo showcases the completed early works package at Marine Quarter, including Australian Dewatering Systems’ fully installed spear point dewatering system with integrated heavy metals treatment.

Our setup ensured environmental compliance, iron and heavy metal removal, and seamless integration with the project’s Dewatering Management Plan.
The system has since been decommissioned and the site has progressed — but we’re still admiring our work.

What a view! 🌊
Our Main Beach project with Multiplex is in full swing! The team has been working hard on installing bracing, anchoring, sheet piling, foundation piling, spear point dewatering, and deep well dewatering.
Using a range of our equipment, including our Soilmec SF65 Piling Rig, and Hyundai 32T Excavator, there's been plenty to keep us busy. Exciting times ahead, and we’re looking forward to what’s next! 💪🏗️
