Big job knocked over by the team at Full Noise Mechanical — completing a full transmission change-out on site on a 140M grader. 💪⚙️

From diagnosis to removal, install and testing, the crew got it done efficiently and safely to minimise downtime and keep the machine moving. Field repairs like this are what we do best.

Huge effort by the team putting in the hours and getting the grader back to work where it belongs. 👌

Day 1 of pre-run yesterday—finally back on the Finke track. Rolled out of Alice feeling that mix of nerves and excitement, then straight into the rhythm of the whoops and soft sand.

Out on a remote job recently tracking down a noise issue in a slew box. After a thorough inspection and diagnostics, we’ve confirmed the cause, A bearing failure inside the slew box.

Catching these issues early can save major downtime and prevent further damage to surrounding components. If you’re hearing unusual noises or noticing changes in performance, it’s worth getting it checked sooner rather than later.

Another problem diagnosed and one step closer to getting the machine back to full working order. 🔧
