Excavation is underway at our Crows Nest Passive House build. The existing house was 133 years old! And we are keeping the existing solid 230mm masonry wall on the eastern side and the party wall on the western. In doing so, it brings some challenges with weather and air tightness, but due to their location, we will be working with them.

We have also come across an old well that was full of old sewing machines and what looks to be a bike!
