More than 20 years ago, founder David De Paoli saw an opportunity to grow the chilli market in Australia. David diversified his small crop farming business and began growing and delivering fresh chilli to Australian supermarkets. He used his background as a qualified mechanical engineer and passion for innovation to develop aseptic chilli purees to supply customers around the world. Austchilli's vegetable and herb puree products are all aseptically packaged. This ensures a consistent supply of fresh ingredients with extended shelf life, revolutionising the way food manufacturers can create innovative, convenient products for their consumers.
